My complaint:
Our flights were booked in July 2022 and we flew the outbound flight on Aug 19th 2022, from OTP to PIT, via LHR. NOw the inbound is scheduled for June 23rd, 2023 and there is a change operated by the airline and with that, it no longer fits the schedule. However, I could not get in touch with tripmonster.com customer service.
Despite the fact that I paid protection for cancelation
