I booked a flight travelling for Copenhagen Denmark 12.12.2022
By British airway through TRIPMONSTER online booking
British airway refused to pick us because we don’t have transit visa which we didn’t know before booking.
But then British airway asked us to contact Tripmonster to process for our refund, we then contacted Tripmonster instead of them to process for the refund they blocked us from reaching them. On til this moment we haven’t received our money, please refund back our money.
