My complaint:
I booked a trip from Cairo to Tunisia in 2020, they cancelled during covid19, and they never refund me. I have more than 20 emails we exchanged, and the last one was in 2022, from cust.serv@tripmonster.com, when they said they will refund me, and asking me my bank account number, but they never did it. Now this email is not working.
Suggested solution:
TRIPMONSTER/TRAVELGENIO should refund me the money! They are CRIMINALS, SHAMELESS THIEVES.
