My complaint:

I have been trying to cancel my ticket for some days now on trip monster without any success. I paid an additional service fee to be able to change the ticket date cancel in the future.

I would like to have my flight that leaves Canada on December 31st canceled as I am no longer able to leave on that day.

My booking ID is 2OESPY and I would like the flight to be canceled. There is no way to get into contact with tripmonster staff on the website. The customer service is horrible!
