My complaint:
My flight was changed by the airline so I can no longer make my connection. I booked the flight through TripMonster and have to therefore change it through their website. Their website DOES NOT WORK. You cannot make any changes to flights and I can’t even cancel the flight. I have sent 5 separate emails to info@otravo.com and messaged the parent company on Ontravo’s website and have not gotten a single response.
Suggested solution:
Call me and help me change my flight.
