My complaint:
we are waiting in the boarding gate for more than 3 hrs. but we did not heard any call to our flight going back to dubai. And when we check in the Monitor, it saying the gate closed and the airplain already gone.Can you please help us to investigated what was really happened to our flight to pegasus airlines. We stayed more than 24hrs. in the airport and we need to booked another ticket to catch another flight going back to dubai. Staff from pegasus airlines also are very rude.
