My complaint:
I booked via tripmonster however my mobile number has an incorret country code and when I tried to request special assistance as a disabled person security codes need to be sent to me for data protection resons.
On becoming aware of that I contacted trip monster and got a reply email saying sort it out with Saudi. I replied saying thats your responsibility but no reply STONEWALL NO 1. I have re emailed tripmonster poiting out that Saudi will not help me as they say its a Tripmonster issue to correct but in any event I fail their security as I cant receive a text.
I am now unable to get assistance at the airport and neither Tripmonster of Saudi are interested they either direct me away from them or simply ignore me. I have sent 5 emails to special assitance @ saudi.com, silence.
The reality of this is I am afraid to go to the airport as I am likely to become overwelmed by being forced to walk a long way and this matter is serious for me as it could mean I cant fly and could arrive for the flight unwell due to exertion meaning effectively being ignored will ruin my holiday. These hartless rude peoplehavew been told that in my communications but still ignore me.
Suggested solution:
Its very simple amend my booking or phone number, hardly riocket scince its next to nothing but has huge impact.
