My complaint:
I had initially booked a ticket from London to Cochin on 14 Dec 2022 and return ticket for 15 January 2023 for £1085 on Saudi airlines.
I requested for a change in flight to 1 Feb and return on 28 Feb 2023. The cost of this flight on Saudi airline on their website is £1070.
But trip monster is charging me £600 in addition to £100 change penalty service charges, that is the price for flights in Feb 2023.
The trip monster website clearly shows that the price is way lesser thar what they have quoted on email.
Suggested solution:
Be transparent and not try to cheat customers.
Quote the exact price that they see on the website. Don't fool customers.
Have a proper escalation matrix.
