My complaint:
I buy My ticket with travel insurance from tripmonster. When I got Covid-19 a day after My trip to the Philippines, I cannot contact their hotline and cannot send the claims on their website which is europ assistance. I tried sending emails to them, but no answer.
Suggested solution:
They should cover all the hospital bills and the quarantine facilities which is the hotel. And the air ticket. It says in the insurance that I’m covered up to 32,000 euros.
