My complaint:
Due to unavoidable situation i tried to change ticket, first they have no contact information on there website,( absolutely no way to reach them by phone) I struggled to find to inform my situation and change ticket, then finally i found webpage where i have to enter reason, change date when i submitted it says ticket created. (Travelgenio SL 5708636) after 2 day there is update on the ticket saying ticket is non changeable and non refundable ticket. When i purchase ticket explicitly i purchase changeable maximum refund service.
dont ever buy ticket from ( Travelgenio, tripmonster) they are same, not customer friendly, no contact information, no proper communication if something wrong. I suffered a lot because this ticket issue.
Suggested solution:
by changing my ticket later dates i am willing to pay for difference in the fare. but they cheated while purchasing changeable ticket they gave me non changeable non refundable ticket despite paying extra for service where that allow maximum return, free change.
