My complaint:
I booked a ticket from Milan to Lahore via Jeddah from you on 20 June 2023 for 27 June,2023. And you ed our ticket on 23 June 2023. When I reached on airport on 27 June, 2023 they did not let me board and said that flight cannot land on Jeddah Airport whereby left me on airport hopeless. You did not either provide us another flight nor delay it to later time. For which I want a refund of EURO 745 of my ticket from you. Then on 10 July, 2023 your team without my consent charged my credit card for EURO 50 which is totally unethical. So I want full refund of Euro 800 from you. Today (12 July, 2023) you refund me Euro 266. Now I want Euro 534 return as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal action as well as complaint in UK consulate to refund grater amount for loss of time as well.

Refund my whole remaining amount of Euro 534.
