My complaint:
My credit card was charged US$ 287.56 on July 8 for staying 2 night (July 8 to 10) at Ruby hotel , however when I checked out on July 10 , I was wrongly charged $228.42 for another 2 night stay (July 11 to 13) which I did not stay.
So I think it is a fraud and I hv submitted a dispute to Chase bank (my card issuer) to claim back this erroneous charge of $229.42.
When you received the charge back notice from Chase Visa card, pls accept it do Chase can credit me back the amount of $229.42.
