My complaint:
I booked a flight for £555 on Nov21( on trip.com) on Nov 17 I got positive for covid and I had to cancel my flight so my airline gave me a credit to book my flight.
I have been told from trip.com that I can use that credit till April 2023. As now I am trying from last 4 weeks and I didn’t get any solution on my flight booking as I already paid £555 not even used any services so thats my request to either refund my money or book a new flight for me before 15th April 2022.
Suggested solution:
I want a new flight on that price or just refund my money.
