My complaint:
I brought a Turkish airlines flight, only to be put on an anadolujet plane (this is a sister airline of Turkish airlines) However, the flight was sold as a Turkish airlines flight. The travel agent gave no warning of this change.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund as i was not given what i brought
