My complaint:
I had booked a trip from London to Prague on the 14.06.2023. Trip.com has a link to check in online, upon doing do you are simply advised that the check in is not available. When you reach the airport for Wizz Air specifically advises that you should have checked in online and charges you £40 per person. This is completely unethical as Trip.com provides a link to check to their website only to state it is no available. We were subsquently charges £82 (which is 100% of the fare) as we did not check in more than 3 hours before.
Suggested solution:
Refund the £82 charged
