My complaint:
Purchased flexible travel date guarantee add on, completely useless purchase taking more money from consumer. the customer service team are telling me there are no available flights to change onto and that it will cost me out of pocket $300 to change which is the same change fee I would of paid without the add purchase, their own terms and condition say it will cover any additional change fees up to the maximum cost of my flight. (400 AUD) complete scam and now I’m stuck with a flight I can’t take and wouldn’t of purchase if it wasn’t for this add on “guarantee”, they are telling me there are no available flights to change onto for two weeks even though I can see available flights displayed on there app available to book.
Suggested solution:
Follow by their own terms and conditions and assist me with a flight change.
