My complaint:

KLM cancelled my flight so I went to the app and followed the instructions for cancelling the booking of my cancelled flight and continued on to book a new flight. The end result was that I was charged $882.40 USD to fly from Bordeaux to Amsterdam. This included cancellation fees for a flight that the airline cancelled. If you are going to treat me fairly and ethically you will simply charge me the difference between these two bookings and not hide behind various tricks and complications that no normal person can understand. I will try to consult the ATA and other government agencies by making them aware of your unethical behavior. what you are doing is stealing and I will not stand for it!

Suggested solution:

Be fair, honest and ethical. Refund me the difference between these two flights. Dont charge me for things I did not cause, KLM cancelled the flight and I simply did what I had to do to rebook us. Dont steal my money.
