My complaint:
My flight with Qatar Airways was changed from 28th July to 29th July. As per my booking policy, I was entitled to a free change of flight request. Have submitted 3 flight change requests, which were all rejected. Trip.com claims that Qatar Airways rejected the requests, but Qatar airways says I am entitled to the flight change.
Suggested solution:
Allowing me to change my flight as per the booking agreements
