My complaint:
On 23 May i have cancel a trip within the refund period, and they agree to refund and process the refund on that day, but they inform me to wait for 7-14 working days to receive the payment, so i have wait till today 27 June for 1 whole month and i still didnt receive anything. The customer service provide me a fpx transaction no that unable to check in website and keep ask me to check with bank website or whatever shit.
Suggested solution:
They should help me check why it still haven’t refund the money instead of ask me to ask here and there blindly!
