Trip.com complaint: The flight was cancelled by airline and I did not get the information about cancelation and reimbursement

My complaint:

I had flight from Tianjin to Yerevan on 24th if July (LOT) . At the airport I was informed that the flight was cancelled . I apply trip.com for the reimbursement . They did nit the cancelation of the flight . My friend bought the tickets for the same directly from LOT and they have been promised to get the reimbursement from LOT during 40 working days . Trip.com even did not or notify me the cancelation if the flight and they refuse to reimburse the ticket.

Suggested solution:

1. I need an official notification from trip.com that the flight cancelled .
Instead if them informing me about the cancelation I sent them the notification from Lot about the cancelation which I found in the internet .
2. They should reimburse the ticket and pay me the total cost of the ticket I paid them .
