My complaint:
I wanted to purchase a ticket (I selected the flight and tickets) and they offered me the freeze option. So I frozen the price by paying 22 euros. And when I checked it showed there are no flight . So I called them and asked why and what did I frozen if there are no flights I paid the amount. They told me to cancel the freeze and search for another flight and pay for it. So I asked then what I frozen. So they were like you did that not us. It’s on up to you and all
Suggested solution:
No they didn’t solve it. They started to argue with me and convince me with stupid arguments. And told me they can’t do anything about it. It’s you who paid for it. Not us and all (in weird way ).
