My complaint:
Booked mercure la sorbonne many weeks ago and received a voucher for the hotel from TravelUp. Called hotel last night to re yet they have not reservation under my name. Tried to call Travel Up but they block skype calls so e-mailed and received a so sorry we cannot e-mail from them as i arrived at the airport. too late to book a reasonably priced hotel in Paris for New Year’s Eve so canceled plans and went home to ring in the New Year in my sitting room on telly.
Suggested solution:
Compensation for air tickets, compensation for services not provided. Close their shop to further bookings for the public,
