My complaint:
I was unable to board flight due to issues with visa .tried to rebook flight for the Sunday willing to give me flights but charge me for return flight twice .I’ve had to pay 2300 for one flight to visit my daughter and grandaughters .I have not seen them for 3 years .
Suggested solution:
Refund return flight
