My complaint:
I was shopping whittnessed an altercation and passive aggression towards a trans employee. The manager of the store (his name is james, read his name) disrespectes the trans employee by talking about her when she walked in the back. He made jokes to another employee (kia) not liking trans. One of the things I heard was james say “some trans people do too much”. I said out loud while waiting to check out, “that’s not okay to say”. He say hes gay, i said me too, gay peovan be transphobic too. He ignored that. Then the icing on the cake on my way out he was still being rude with the other girl he works with and they referred to her to her face as he and laughed bout it after. Not to mention the service was also trash in that store.
Suggested solution:
Both employees should be held accountable for the way they treated that girl. And thw manager should NOT BE MANAGING ANYTHING.
