My complaint:
I walked in approximately 11:30am to purchase a specific pair of sunglasses. I asked the sales woman do they have a new pair because of Covid-19 and so many people putting the display pair on. She said they did not. So I asked do they clean them up. She told me “I did not have to buy them!” I was so upset with that statement!! Of course I know I don’t have to buy them!! So I said I don’t want anything! Bye the way.. I went over to the Macy’s Sunglass hut and the lady was so nice and said she’ll clean them without me asking.
Suggested solution:
At the least reprimand the young woman that hashad a bad attitude towards customers if sunglass hit doesn’t approve of this kind of behavior.
