My complaint:
I have been calling the Hershey store for four days and the phone just rings (717-534-1014). I am trying to find out the status of the new lenses that I order for my Ray bans on 7312021. I was told that once they came in I would receive a phone call. I also ordered a brand new pair of sunglasses at the time and they were shipped from Italy and I’ve had them for two weeks. I would really appreciate a return phone call from a regional manager.
This is horrible customer service when you can’t even get someone to answer a phone

Pick up the phone or return a phone call. I have purchased a lot of sunglasses with you , and after this experience I will never shop at Sunglass hut again
