My complaint:
I’m going to start by says we came in the store we went straight to sunglasses hunt inside of macys in firewheel garland tx I went my dad he want to buy some sunglasses
Guy we’re there look at us from head to toe and walk away we went to the other side to see sunglasses he went look at us and left there no else just us I got upset and I ask my dad do you want me to ask for the sunglasses he came again he left like we didn’t have money buy sunglasses he make me feel bad I guess in his main we didn’t have money to buy some sunglasses . At point my dad left I stayed and saw another lady working another department makeup i ask can i spake to your manager said yes how can I help you told what happen she said you really can do nothing because they rent inside of macys .she called the manager i heard David they need to spake to you he never came by the time I went the second floor he was men department polo section folding shit I’m like mm the lady told me they can’t do any but his gold shirt that mean he work for Macy my thing is I was not being rude I just think not right what the young men did I hope y’all really do something about it was no people there in side Macy I understand it been long day but at least he could ask how can I help u I’m really up seat I’m not really person to put review or nothing like this is not right may be he should change job I don’t think he belongs there
Suggested solution:
We’ll maybe they should not look at you as if you do have money or not because they say don’t gauge it book by cover .
