Sunglass Hut complaint: Jackie Gonzalez Horrible Customer Service Return

My complaint:

I am a long term Sunglass Hut customer who has purchased thousands of dollars worth of glasses. I recently purchased glasses that I went to return. Upon returning them, Jackie stated they were damaged. The glasses were only 2 weeks old and not damaged. I provided my receipt, original box and case and was told she could not return them.

Suggested solution:

Sunglass Hut should terminate or retrain Jackie Gonzalez on how to return an item that is within the time frame and Sunglass Hut return policy.
Jackie should have used better business tactics by making the return and I would have been a happy customer, that would continue buying designer glasses for more years to come.

Based on this lack of customer service, we will NEVER purchase glasses from any Sunglass Hut again.
