My complaint:

I sent sunglasses back a month ago still no refund. I have talked to 7 people now on phone and email nothing has been done. I have asked 3 times to Speak to a supervisor and that never happens! They told me to print out label she drop in drop box and I did that. But I keep getting runaround about my refund. It was almost $200!!

Suggested solution:

I want my refund!!
