Sunglass Hut complaint: Customer service rep lied

My complaint:

Purchased sunglasses-Prada.
We were given a 30% discount because lens was scratched and did not have brand new pair in stock.
We left with the sunglasses and then an hour later decided we didn’t want the glasses.
We returned to the office and they had locked their doors and were counting moneyclosing up.
I knocked on the door and said I wanted to return and she had remembered me, she said that we could return we would need to come back the next day because they were closed now.
I went back to return and drove 1 hour to get there and the guy that was there the day we purchased the glasses lied and said that they were final sale. We were never told that

The guys name is Jay
And he said his managers name is Lindsey who was the one who sold y’a the glasses. Neither ever told us it was final sale. They just said we were getting a discount bc we were military and the lens were damanaged.
