My complaint:

On July 5, 2021 we come to the Sunglass Hut store at Aurora Mall Colorado (14200 E Alameda Ave Ste
1050 Aurora CO 80012) and purchased glasses. The store sales clerk sold us FLOOR MODEL for the full
price stating they (and Sunglass Hut stores) don’t care inventory and they selling what they have on the
shelfs. (as I understand now it was lie number one) We believed her to inspect glasses so we purchased
it. When we come home our daughter read about this particular model and it is for man but clerk stated
it is for women (lie number two). When we purchased it we ask about returning policy and she told us 30
days and the fact it is floor model does not matter. So after reviewing glasses at home we decided to
bring it back. My wife NEVER WORE this glasses, the condition is absolutely the same as it was sold. On
July 14 my wife had shopping at Park Meadows Mall and decided to return glasses at the store inside the
Mall ( 8405 Park Meadows Center Dr 1302, Lone Tree, CO 80124). The lady at the store started inspect the glasses and rub it so hard for good 5-10 minutes, after that she stated it has scratch and
we should bring it back to Aurora location we originally bought it. When we come to the store at the
same day 7152021 the lady (she says her name is Wendy – no badge this is from her words)
surprisingly was very informed as the Park Meadows store clerk called her about these glasses… so
Aurora store clerk (Wendy) does not want to talk to us and told us we should leave and she is not
going to get glasses back without even opening the box. By the way her and another very young girl
openly were laughing at us as we some kind of baggers or so. We felt horrible, did not have
treatment like this ever. We were shocked this store is part of the respectful, well known corporation.
We decided to dispute this transaction with my credit card until you resolve it.

Suggested solution:

Refund money and take glasses back.
