My complaint:
My husband purchased a pair of oakley Clifden sunglasses from Bass pro Sunglass hut on Monday July 19, 2021.
He put them on Tuesday morning and realized the right nose pad was missing. I called sunglass hut to request one be sent to him because we live over one hour away from the store.
I was told by the manager that they could not do this.
He. The Manager. was not interested at all in helping us get a simple nose pad after we had just spent almost $600.00 on sunglasses. I am actually ready to just return both pair of sunglasses and go somewhere else.
Suggested solution:
Mail my husband a nose pad
