Sunglass Hut complaint: Not having the option to purchase a warranty

My complaint:

Hi my name is Erin Goodrum. I just bought a pair of sunglasses online today. I ordered online and picked up im a store. I stopped in a store yesterday to try some raybans on. I went to the location tin Cumming Ga on Peachtree pkwy. I tried on several pairs. Josie was assisting me. She went on and on about a new warranty that Sunglass Hut has going on. She said the cost was $19 and in a year if I want a new pair, I could bring the sunglasses back, pay $40 and get a brand new pair. I loved that because I get bored of glasses and usually want a new pair every year or so anyway. I told that was perfect and explained to her that I really wanted to purchase online to be able to use After Pay. She said that was totally fine, that she didn’t work on commission. I think she was the manager. Anyway, I order them this morning and looked everywhere on the website to add that warranty. And I couldn’t find it. I just went ahead and bought them because I thought for sure Josie would add it for me when I picked them up. When I arrive to pick them up, she said she wouldn’t be able to sell the warranty because I didn’t buy in store. I was so upset. I said you knew I wanted that, I asked why she didn’t she tell me that yesterday?? She had no response for me. She was just so rude. I would have just paid in the store by credit card or something. I’m in the middle of purchasing new home so trying to avoid using credit and trying to keep my cash in tbe bank. I also didn’t receive a receipt. I asked, she said she can’t give receipts for online purchases. That does not sit well with me. I need a receipt. I m pretty upset about this purchase. I buy all my new raybans from Sunglass Hut. However, after this experience, I think if I can’t purchase the warranty or maybe it’s called sun perks. I’m not completely sure the name of it. I’m probably going to return the sunglasses if I can get a receipt. And I will probably never go into that particular store location again. Are you able to tell me if it’s possible to since I already purchased the sunglasses or Also, how I can get a receipt??? Order number is
