My complaint:
I Purchased a pair of sunglasses online when I receive them I did not like them I’ll return them to a store in the mall on December 3 I am still waiting for my refund I have called numerous times and I’ve sent numerous emails, they are completely ignoring me , I was told that upper management would call me I’m still waiting on that call! How can they legally keep the return sunglasses and my money!! I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service in my life!
This is quite the scan they have going, they get to keep the return of sunglasses and the consumers money!!

I want my refund !!!
