My complaint:
I was looking at sunglasses at the location in Towne mall AFTER spending $450.00 @ Specs a much better sunglass place better CUSTOMER service. The so called management at the above location accused me of stealing due to being BLACK. I will NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY @any Sunglass Hut location. I work for Corp America I would NEVER treat any one the way I was treated today. The manager also just said I saw you take them I asked for the tape… of course the tape will show a very successful BLACK woman browsing NOT stealing. I will continue to tell my friends this company is NOT for the people who like me set the trend for fashion. I thought being BLACK in America was good apparently, NOT at Sunglass Hut.
Suggested solution:
This manager needs to watch the tape and apologize to ME. She no longer needs to work in the public. Train her about diversity and all people of color do NOT steal. Let her go! Fire 🔥 her. What is your company going to do for me?
