My complaint:
My friend and I wanted to buy sunglasses, and we knew that there was a special price of $60 off for buying two pairs at night. We asked the clerk and he said that Chanel and TiffanyCo were not participating in the event, but since I was in a hurry and wanted to take them with me on the weekend, I placed the order and expedited the shipping. At the end, I asked if there was any gift wrap, and the clerk said no, but when my friend was ready to place the order online, she found out that TiffanyCo’s sunglasses were participating in the event and there was a free gift wrap, which means that the clerk was cheating us and didn’t give us the gift wrap. I don’t understand the reason for this.
Suggested solution:
I wish I could return it and reorder and get my shipping costs refunded!
