My complaint:
Hi, please be informed that I have not received any refund amount since June 24th the refund receipt is attached, almost 6 months. I keep calling and visiting different branches (Mall of Qatar DFC) many times twice a week, and only one time they called me for follow-up with no result. I only faced very poor customer service since then. I am trying to be as much professional as possible.
Please at least give me a call with an update on the refund status.
