My complaint:
i ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it, they said they lost it a week a go and they would replace it but it’s still not showing any progress. they reply to my mails each few days and i write them in french they reply in dutch.
Suggested solution:
work faster with clients and actually improve their customer service in order to keep their clients.
