My complaint:
My order number: 20098948406
Is due its expected delivery date, I ordered items 10 days ago and the estimated standard delivery date on website is 1-4 days.
And when I communicated with PullBear on there Live online chat, they did not give me any information and just asked me to wait longer till I get a notification that my order is ready.
I need to escalate this issue as its not accepted not to have a clear visibility on my orders and to wait for over 10 days to receive it.
Suggested solution:
Communicate with WH team to get order fast and get clear visibility on arrival date.
