My complaint:
I made a flight reservation with Breeze Airlines for October 22,2023 for arrival at LAX. After that, I was asked if I needed a hotel. I replied yes and I made the reservation. I’m flying in from Richmond,Va on that day. Someone there reserved my hotel stay fo August 22,2023. The hotel put me down as a no show! They said I cannot get a refund!! I am out of $157.00!! This is not right!!

Refund my money or make it the right day
