My complaint:
I made a reservation based on the below photo from your Priceline website, awhich shows that La Casa de Huéspedes in Madrid, Spain has both Airport Shuttle and Wheelchair access which it had neither. We had to pay 30€ taxi fare and carry my mom up 5 flights of stairs. The lift did not exist. We would’ve have changed hotels but we were only staying a night to catch our flight back to the States the very next day. Complete false advertisement and we deserve a refund.
