My complaint:
Priceline published false information on my itinerary. They mixed up the baggage policies resulting in me having to pay extra money out of my pocket on a round trip flight. They failed to communicate that my $900 flight did not include a meal. While contacting them to resolve this issue I was met by incompetent workers who could not provide explanations and hung up on me twice. Extremely dissatisfied with their service.
Suggested solution:
I would like some kind of compensation and a refund for the baggage I had to pay for which they told me was included in my ticket.
