My complaint:
On May 2, 2022, called to book a room at Hampton Inn Memphis Southwind thru Priceline. After giving the hotel rates for two nights, I had to call the person who was going to share a room to let her know the price for two nights. I was given a rate of $298.82 and $322.00. And since I had to call the person that would be rooming with me, the booking agent told me she would call me back at 11:00 pm her time or someone else would call me back. No one called me back and I HAD TO CALL TO book the reservation on May 3, 2022, and found out that the room rates had changed from $322.00 to $368.00 which would have been the room I was going to get.
Suggested solution:
The situation should be resolved by giving me the room rate for May 2, 2022, for $322 for two nights. I called customer service numerous times about what happened on May 3, 2022, and each time they would not answer the phone or just hang up on me. What customer service I got, was very rude. Yes, I should get the room rate for $322.00 and not $368.00
