My complaint:
Made reservations through Priceline for two-night stay at this motel ( April 7th and April 8th, 2022, on two different occasions…. Arrived at said motel and was informed that the second night was not paid for. Showed her both written statements from Priceline that indeed the room was paid for. Was refused accommodations for the second night. So, my roommate paid for the room with his credit card.
Suggested solution:
I was charged for both nights on my credit card and I have both bank statements that prove I paid for the two nights... I was charged $79.94 for the first night on Jan 3, 2022, ation number 456243374, Priceline trip 450-718-262-76 and I was charged $80.97 for the second night on March 22, 2022, ation number 255-5324880, Priceline trip 528-966-263-44.
i would like to be reimbursed for the second night stay ($80.97. since my roommate has paid for the night of April 8, 2022..
I have contacted personnel at Microtel Inn and Suites in Lafayette, La on numerous occasions but they keep referring me back to you.
I've also contacted someone from Priceline on numerous occasions but they keep referring me back to Microtel...I'm so tired of getting this run around by both parties ( Microtel and Priceline)
Someone needs to be held accountable for this problem.
