My complaint:
Absolute thieves is how I would describe Priceline. I’m so tired of explaining my situation that I’m just going to make this a short speech. All I wanted was to use the credit from a cancelled flight that they sent me that is still valid!! Simple! Yet everytime I called to schedule a flight they made it so complicated. Spoke with countless of managers (whether they were actually managers I highly doubt) promised callbacks after countless excuses like systems down, booking didn’t go through etc.
The most recent thing that has happened where again a manager was supposed to resolve and call me back was that they charged me the difference to my credit card for the flight with no reservation. Meaning I have no actual flight booked, yet they took money from my account. When I called saying this they wanted proof which was provided. When I said I don’t even want my credit anymore and that they’re thieves and to refund me the $1100 they just took from me the manager then said she would put the booking through, but once again their system wouldn’t allow. She said she would look into it and call me the next day, it’s been 4 days. I have no time to constantly call, they think we have no life. My next call will be a straight refund, I’ve had it with Priceline. This has got to be my 10th call this month. At this point I don’t even want the credit because I don’t trust them, and I’d rather my money go to a better company because Priceline is trash.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the $1116.36 back to my credit card since clearly there was no reason for you to take that since there is no reservation from you to back it up. And I want the credit of $893.93 since Priceline doesn’t know how to do business with their customers. If they are going to make the use of a customers credit complicated to use then they deserve a penalty for wasting peoples time and STEALING more money from their credit card.
