My complaint:
I booked a room through Priceline and paid with my Apple Pay on the app. After staying at the hotel, I was also charged on my credit card. When I tried to dispute with the hotel, the hotel said they did not have a reservation for me through Priceline. I called Priceline and they guaranteed I would be taken care of. It would take 3 to 5 days. I have called twice to check on it and have been told they would let me know when it was taken care of. I was not to call them back. We are five weeks out and I have still not seen my refund.
Suggested solution:
I would simply like my money back since they did not pay the hotel.
