My complaint:
Booked a 2 flights, hotel room and Rental Car for a trip to Wichita, KS to pick up my husband who has had a stroke there and I live 12 hours away. His recovery plan changed and I contacted priceline to cancel all reservations.
Flights and hotel, no problem. Rental car is non-refundable. OK, but at no point did they outline the price of the car.
I paid $949.53 for 2 people to fly, have a hotel and rental car.
Flights are refunded. Priceline tells me that the price of the Rental car was $541 day. How can anyone afford that.
If the price would have been outlined when I was booking it, I never would have booked.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money for not being transparent about what the Rental car would actually cost. How can you charge someone $541 for a Camry or car of a similar sort.
Or, at least refund part of it.
