My complaint:
I had booked a vacation package to New Orleans Louisiana 94-992021, Hurriciaine hit and trip was cancelled. I was refunded the cost of the airline ticket, I called Priceline many times without success for the refund of the hotel. They kept sending me to booking. com stating that they were responsible for refunding the cost of the hotel, booking .com stated that they received money for the hotel and that Priceline was responsible. I went back and forth between the two for ~3-4 months. I finally contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge with is a Priceline credit card . I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I would have to take it up with Priceline or a lawyer. I called Priceline one more time on 22122 and was told that I would get a refund in 8-10 business days. On March 8,2022 I called again to inquire about the refund and was told since I filed a complaint that i wasn’t eligible for a refund.
