My complaint:
I scheduled a rental car for my upcoming trip to Houston, Texas and was to pick-up and the William Hobby International Airport (details below). I was never able to receive the rental once arriving. Therefore, I had to go to Avis car rental and pay for a car for that night. On the following day, I tried to pick up the car again from ACE rental car service and they told me that I could. However, when I tried to do so, they said that they did not have me down for a rental car. So, I had to go back to Avis and sign up for another rental car for the remainder of my stay in Houston.

This was a hardship to me because I was out of pocket more money than I actually could afford and had to charge it to my credit card.
Suggested solution:
Priceline should resolve my complaint by either (1) refunding my credit card charged $463.87 and sending me a refund check for the amount of $207.34 or sending me a paper check in the amount of $671.21. Otherwise, this company is not reputable in their practices or services. I have directly posted this complaint on Complaint.biz in order to help someone else who may be suffering from the same hardship.
