My complaint:
My flight from Seattle USA to Seoul South Korea on May 12,2023 got canceled by the airline. I booked the ticket through Priceline and it didn’t take necessary procedures to get me the refund when Korean air ed that there was no need for approval and Priceline could directly issue me the refund.
Suggested solution:
Immediately process my refund because their “refund protocol” does not make sense to customers
